8 Days Affordable Safari in Uganda

This safari takes you to three Uganda major parks Murchison falls National park with a cruise to the bottom of the falls, hike to the top of the falls, and game. You will later transfer to  Queen Elizabeth National Park where you will experience the famous tree climbing lions, game as well as a boat to Kazinga Channel not forgetting the balloon safari. Wind up your trip at Lake Mburo home of the Zebras before you transfer to the Entebbe international airport.

Day 1: Arrival –Transfer to your hotel

Our guide will meet you at Entebbe international airport and transfer you to your hotel in Entebbe. After checking in you will be briefed about your primate & wildlife Uganda Safari. 2Friends Hotel B.B

Day 2: Kampala – Murchison falls national park (6hrs)

Commence your safari to Murchison Falls National Park with White Rhino tracking at Rhino Sanctuary. After entering the park, we will visit the magnificent falls (top of the falls) where you will enjoy and marvel at the mighty Nile, being forced into a seven-meter crevice to thunder 45 meters below in a series of cascades that can be viewed at different points up to the baler’s summit. Later will proceed to your chosen type of accommodation. Dinner and Overnight at Heritage Safari Lodge. B.L.D

Day 3: Game drive and Boat cruise- Murchison falls

Early morning embarks on a half-day game drive on the northern bank of the Nile, escorted by a game ranger. Wildlife in this part includes the Rothschild Giraffe, elephant, Jackson hartebeest, lions, oribis, waterbucks and a variety of savannah woodland birds. In the afternoon we will go on a Nile cruise for game viewing at close quarters; this is a paradise for hippos and crocodiles. Retire at the lodge for Dinner and Overnight at Heritage Safari Lodge. Day 4: Murchison falls- Kibale Forest (7hrs)

After Breakfast, we transfer to Kibale National park lunch-en-route arriving late in the evening. You will go for a nature walk at Bigodi Swamp and later retire at your lodge for your Primate (chimpanzee) adventure the following day. Dinner and Overnight at Chimp Nest Lodge. B.L.D

Day 5: Chimpanzee tracking – Queen Elizabeth national park 

Rally behind your Ranger guide; enter Kibale Forest Sub-Sahara’s largest hardwood forest and track Chimpanzee, one of Kibale’s 13 primate species. After lunch, drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park with an opportunity to view game as you enter the park. Check into your hotel and later go for an evening game drive. Dinner and Overnight at Pumba Safari Cottage. B.L.D

Day 6: Queen Elizabeth national park

Rise before the sun to catch a glimpse of the wonders of nature as you do a game drive. Afternoon boat cruises on Kazinga Channel, the perfect platform to see the toothsome Nile Crocodiles, dormant and playful Hippos and abundant birdlife that lives on the banks of the channel. Dinner and Overnight at Pumba Safari Cottage. Day 7: Queen Elizabeth- Lake Mburo (6Hrs)

Being your last day at the Queen Elizabeth National Park, you can either choose to go for an early Morning balloon trip which is usually very outstanding way of seeing the Savannah plains and the wildlife after which you come back down for a beautiful champagne breakfast alternatively you could opt for an early morning chimpanzee tracking at Kyambura gorge before being transferred to Lake Mburo. Day 8: Safari on foot- Kampala (3-4Hrs)

Today, be adventurous and take a safari walk with an armed Ranger. After breakfast, return Kampala with an en-route game-drive.
