3 Days Queen Elizabeth Wildlife Safari
Queen Elizabeth Wildlife Safari
This tour takes you to Queen Elizabeth National park the” Melody of wonders” and Uganda’s most popular destination. Set against the jagged Mountains of the Moon, the Ruwenzori’s has a diverse ecosystem such sprawling Savannah, crater lakes, etc. make it ideal for classic big game. The park holds 10 primate species including chimpanzees and over 600 bird species.
Day 1: Kampala –Queen Elizabeth (7hrs)
Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park, famous for Its tree- climbing lions with a stopover at the Equator. Proceed through volcanic formations of the Western Rift Valley towards Queen Elizabeth National Park. The descent reveals a stunning panorama of Lakes George and Edward amidst game-filled plains. In the evening, enjoy a game-drive, before retiring at your preferred lodge. Dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge. B.L.D
Day 2: Game and Boat Cruise- Queen Elizabeth.
Depart for an early morning game drive and later return to the lodge for breakfast. Queen Elizabeth National Park’s diverse eco-system of grassy plains, tropical forest, rivers, swamps, lakes and volcanic craters. The Park is a home to lion, leopard, and giant forest hog, Cape buffalo, elephants, De fassa waterbuck, Uganda Kob, Topi and bushbuck. The park has also retained its reputation as an ornithologists’ delight with more than 600 species of bird found here. The afternoon boat-cruise offers an excellent platform for photography and game viewing. The birdlife is colorful and abundant. Enjoy a sundowner while admiring the view before dinner. Day 3: Queen Elizabeth- Kampala (7hrs)
Being your last day at the Queen Elizabeth National Park, you can either choose to go for an early morning balloon trip which is usually very outstanding way of seeing the Savannah plains and the wildlife after which you come back down for a beautiful champagne breakfast alternatively you could opt for an early morning chimpanzee tracking at Kyambura gorge before being transferred to Kampala.

This trip safari takes you to Murchison falls, Uganda’s thunder that roars. The action here is, without doubt, the Victoria Nile that plunges 45M over the ruminant valley wall, creating the thundering Murchison falls. Day 1: Kampala- Murchison falls (6hrs)
An early morning drive to Murchison Falls with a visit to the Rhino sanctuary (optional for an extra $50 per person). After rhino tracking, have lunch and then proceed to Murchison falls. Drop your luggage at the lodge and enjoy an afternoon/evening game-drive. Return to your accommodation for Dinner and Overnight at Paraa lodge. B.L.D
Day 2: Game and Boat Cruise- Murchison falls
Go for an early morning game drive and here, you may see elephant, Lion, buffalo, giraffe, hartebeests and many more. After lunch, enjoy a boat trip on the placid Victoria Nile, upstream to the base of the Falls. En route you will see hippos, crocodiles, waterbuck and a wide variety of birds like the unusual shoebill stork. The boat stops just tens of meters from the “Devil’s Cauldron”. Take pictures of the photogenic and majestic Murchison Falls. Descend from the boat and hike to the top of Murchison falls. The hike starts right off at baker’s point, where Sir Samuel Baker, a famous explorer of the time, stood. This hike might take between forty-five minutes to one and half hours, depending on how big the group is or how fit everyone is. There is a long stretch of steps that you will keep ascending until you reach the top. Yaaay you made it! Top of the falls. Here you will forget all the pain and toiling through the endless steps celebrating your victory with a glass of chilled wine & snacks served by our guide at the top of the falls. Day 3: Murchison Falls –Kampala (6hrs)
Being the last day of your Uganda tour at the Murchison falls, you can either choose to go for an early morning balloon safari which is usually very outstanding way of seeing the Savannah plains and the wildlife after which you come back down for a beautiful champagne breakfast alternatively you could opt for an early morning chimpanzee tracking at Budongo forest before being transferred to Kampala.

This tour takes you to Uganda’s smallest savannah national park with a total od 370km2. The park is home to over 350 bird species as well as Zebra, eland, impala, buffalo, oribi, leopard, defassa waterbuck, hippopotamus, hyena, Topi, reedbuck, and giraffes.
Day 1: Kampala- Lake Mburo
This morning you’ll meet up with your guide and head off to the Lake Mburo. The drive will be about 4to 5 hours. Stop at the Equator and marvel at the amazing illustrations by a local guide. Proceed to Lake Mburo arriving in time for lunch. After Lunch drive to the Lake ready for a boat trip. Here expect to see species of birds, Hippos and other species of animals. The calmness of the lake with animals coming to drink water is another memorable experience. Later proceed for an evening game drive before retiring at your lodge for Dinner and Overnight at Mihingo lodge. B.L.D
Day 2: Horseback Safari- Lake Mburo National Park
Go for a morning 4-hour horseback safari with bush breakfast set in the middle of the park. Here expect to see warthogs, Topi, impalas, duikers, bushbucks, waterbucks, giraffes and zebras. Return to the lodge and relax till evening. Later in the day you can opt for night game drives, walking safaris, cultural experience, birding or cycling into the park. Day 3: Safari on foot – Departure
In the morning, we will go for Safari on foot. Lake Mburo is the only park in Uganda where you can take a safari on foot. Expect to see, Impalas, Zebras, Elands only to mention but a few. Return to the lodge, pack your luggage in the car and enjoy your scenic drive to back. You will stop at the equator for pictures and later continue to Kampala.
